Born in Chicago, Illinois, on 8 March 1972, Devon took up exotic dancing for the thrill not long after graduating from Bradley University. Her ripped 38DD-24-33 flex and sex appeal soon saw her making quite a splash, seeing her win North America's Most Beautiful Body and World's Hottest Body titles in 1995-1996. Toning her muscles to hardbody perfection Devon was also on a fast path to becoming one of America's top fitness models. All the mainstream fitness magazines such as MuscleMag, Pump, Ironman, American Curves, Muscular Development, Female Illustrated and Flex graced her within their covers, and she appeared in countless bikini calenders, winning Fitness Centerfold Of Year in 1999.
Since she'd been touring the country dancing for years, it wasn't such a big step for Devon to dip her toes into nude modelling. Again all the big glossies came calling. Next came the catfighting and wrestling videos and finally, the ultimate step, Devon Michaels' leap in to full-on hardcore porn. "After a few years in the fitness industry, I wanted something that would really shock people. What better than porn? I`d always had close friends in the biz, and being a headlining exotic dancer already, it just took one phone call! It was more fun than I could ever have imagined," Devon recalls.
She shot her first XXX movie, Makin' It for Wicked back in 2002. Her first boy-girl hardcore scene came soon after in Can't Stop Me: Devon's First Time. All the other top adult companies like Hustler, Sin City, Metro, Vivid and Digital Playground soon came calling to get Devon's unique assets on film too. Over 150 adult features later and the former fitness star is still loving her move to X-rated entertainment. She works out daily and is conscious of the amazon goddess look which has been her unique selling point. "On film, I love standing doggie because my legs look hot, and it gets a great cookie angle! In real life, I love the feeling of a man on top of me. I love the weight of a man and being able to see his face at just the right moment," Devon says.
